Tamsin Holman has been practising contentious intellectual property for more than 25 years. She is frequently cited as a leading IP practitioner and was selected as one of WIPR’s Influential Women in IP 2021. She also featured on the MIP IP STARS Top 250 Women in IP lists in 2019 and 2021. She represents clients in a variety of sectors dealing with enforcement and infringement of trademarks, design rights, copyright, domain names, database rights, trade secrets and confidential information. Her expertise also extends to licensing disputes, matters involving ex-employees and anticounterfeiting work. Ms Holman joined D Young & Co in 2011 to establish the firm’s dispute resolution and legal group.
