Peter Nunn specializes in the enforcement of IP rights, including copyright, trademarks, passing off, design rights, patents and confidential information disputes. He has particular knowledge of IP issues in relation to the Internet, advising clients on closing down websites that infringe their rights, as well as on the recovery of valuable domain names. Mr Nunn gained significant commercial experience during six-month secondments at Cable & Wireless and the Forensic Science Service.
