Yesterday saw the highest reported publicly known sale of a .TO domain name Q.TO sold at Sedo for $57,500 USD, .to is the Internet country code top-level domain (ccTLD) of the island kingdom of Tonga.
The government of Tonga sells domains in its ccTLD to any interested party. The .to ccTLD is administered by the Tonga Network Information Center (Tonic).
I reviewed the Top 10 Publicly known .TO domain name sales and according to NameBio.com there hasn’t been a six-figure sale published for .TO with the Top 3 .TO domain name sales all being single letter .TO domain names.
The Sedo Marketplace appears to hold 9 out of the 10 top publicly reported .TO Domain Name Sales, with Park.io having the other spot, what’s interesting to note though is the two published sales of Compare.TO with only a $34 dollar price difference.
