Claudio Roberto Barbosa is a partner at law firm Kasznar Leonardos and focuses his practice on patents, domain names, anti-counterfeiting, licensing, copyright, technology transfer, software rights, trademark infringement, trade secrets and competition.
Mr Barbosa is a member of the Brazilian Association of Industrial Property Agents, Brazilian Association of Intellectual Property, AIPLA and AIPPI.
Graduated in law (1994) from the University of São Paulo (USP), Mr Barbosa has completed two master’s of laws, one in intellectual property law from the George Washington University (2000), and the other in international law, from USP (2001). He has also a doctorate degree (SJD) in commercial law from USP (2007) and a technical degree in computer programs and digital electronics (1988) from ETEP.
