Chris Round is a senior associate in Middletons’ IP group and has gained exposure to a wide variety of matters, including the protection and enforcement of copyrights, the registration and protection of trademarks, including trademark oppositions and appeals to the Federal Court, legal issues arising from the Internet, domain names, websites and e-commerce and due diligence for large IP portfolios. He also deals with commercial litigation and trade practices matters.
