CentralNic reports robust 2021 growth, even accounting for acquisitions.
The news keeps getting better for CentralNic (London AIM: CNIC).
In Q1 last year, its year-over-year organic revenue growth was 16%. In Q2, 25%. In Q3, the company reported that its year-to-date organic growth was 29%. Today, it announced full-year organic growth was a whopping 37%.
For the full year, the company expects to report revenue of $410 million and adjusted EBITDA of around $45 million. These numbers are up 70% and 47%, respectively, year over year. (Actual growth is higher than organic growth because of acquisitions.)
The company’s aggressive move to online advertising, while riskier than the traditional domain registration business, has accelerated its growth. Online ad revenue has increased significantly during the pandemic. Its acquisition of Team Internet was particularly well-timed.
The company will publish its unaudited full-year report on February 28.
Shares are up about 5% today as of publication.
