The ultra-premium domain name Fishing.com is Owned by Leatherback Media Group, LLC and doesn’t resolve sadly Fishing.XYZ is under domain name privacy so I can’t confirm who purchased the domain name.
Leatherback Media Group, LLC also owns a number of premium TLD domain names such as Portland.com & Atlanta.com both of these domain names again don’t currently resolve.
