Judy graduated from University College Dublin with a first class honours degree in cell biology and molecular genetics, and completed an MSc in the Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary, University of London. Before joining Tomkins in 2006, Ms McCullagh worked in a London-based IP firm and another Dublin-based IP firm. Since joining Tomkins, Ms McCullagh has been focusing on trademark work and is a qualified Irish, UK and European trademark attorney. She specialises in all trademark matters and the registration and maintenance of domain names. She also handles both national and EU-wide applications for action before customs authorities.
