Knud Wallberg has worked in intellectual property since 1990, starting at the Danish Patent and Trademarks Office as head of trademarks and designs. Before joining Zacco in 2019, he co-founded one IP law firm and started his own.
Mr Wallberg has an LLM and PhD from the University of Copenhagen, where he was a fellow until 2019. He has been a UDRP panellist with the WIPO since 2000, an expert on the ‘.dk’ Complaints Board for Domain Names since 2003 and an expert on the Appeal Board for Patents and Trademarks since 2013.
He is the author of numerous publications about trademarks, domain names and IP-related issues. His most recent publication was described as ‘the definitive guide to Danish Trademark law and practice’.
