SOFIA (Bulgaria), June 8 (SeeNews) – Bulgarian web hosting company SuperHosting.BG, part of Belgium-based team.blue, said on Tuesday that it is acquiring the hosting assets of its local peer ICN.Bg.
The financial parameters of the deal remain confidential, SuperHosting.BG said in a statement.
Within a few months, all ICN.Bg hosting services will be transferred to the SuperHosting.BG infrastructure.
ICN.Bg, which has been active for some 17 years, is the second-largest hosting company in Bulgaria, according to the statement. Its main activity is providing hosting services, domain names, cloud and VPS services. SuperHosting.BG is also specialised in professional web hosting, domains and VPS services.
Last year, team.blue acquired Sofia-based SuperHosting.BG as part of its strategy to further strengthen its position in Central and Eastern Europe. SuperHosting.BG is also active on the Serbian market under the SuperHosting.RS brand.
